On December 1^st, Cameron Grant, our Lead Legal Counsel will be presenting at the 35^th Annual Maritime Law Seminar. This event, organized by Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG), will be held in Montreal.

Our presentation will focus on two important judgments released in 2022. These decisions brought clarity on the nature and operation of the Fund.

The presentation will also discuss the recent changes to the Marine Liability Act and how they will impact us.
