From June 16 to 18, Mark Gauthier, our Administrator, and Ryan Gauvin, our Legal Counsel, will be participating and presenting at the 2024 Canadian Maritime Law Association (CMLA) Annual General Meeting and Conference, in Vancouver. It is crucial for us to maintain strong connections within the legal community. This conference will offer us the opportunity to discuss recent judgments released which brought clarity on the nature and operation of our Fund.
