We will be participating as exhibitor at the trade show at the 2023 Annual General Meeting and Convention of the Association of Vancouver Island and Coastal Communities (AVICC).

From April 14 to 16, 2023, visit our on-site booth at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, in Nanaimo (British Columbia). Ryan Gauvin, Legal Counsel, will be there to answer your questions, helping anyone interested to become more familiar with our activities.

The majority of claims we receive are for incidents in British Columbia. This includes wrecks, derelict or abandoned vessels. A high number of oil spill damages are from Vancouver Island and the mainland coastland, which are members of the AVICC. However, local governments have been missing out on available compensation.
