From September 17 to 19, we will be attending ACPA’s Annual Conference for Canadian ports, in Port Alberni, B.C. We invite you to visit our booth during the conference. We will be able to answer your questions and provide information about the Ship Fund.

We consider ports as being important stakeholders, as they are very often involved in oil spill response operations. They can become claimants when their equipment and infrastructure are contaminated, or a spill disrupts their activities. Yet, they represent only around 5% of the claims submitted to the Fund since 1989.
